Meet Your RBT

Victoria joined Speech Pathway as a Registered Behavior Therapist in March of 2025. Before joining the team, she served as an RBT for 3 years across various clinics learning multiple approaches to ABA therapy. Victoria received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and loves using her passion for mental health alongside her passion for children. Victoria’s favorite part of her role is building strong relationships with her clients and celebrating their success. Victoria has specialized interests in naturalistic teaching, feeding therapy, and communication skills. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and swimming.

Preparing for Evaluation Day

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
