At Speech Pathway we want to support our clients in and out of the clinic as much as possible.  Sometimes that requires more than our allotted regular sessions! With an additional consultation, your child’s clinician can give more time for collaboration, observation, and training to help meet your family’s needs/goals. We offer additional consultations for:

• Off-site (not at Speech Pathway clinic)
  • Minimum time: 50 minutes
  • Maximum driving distance: 30 minutes or less from clinic 
  • Can be used for:
    • IEP meetings
    • School/Daycare observation
    • Parent/Teacher/Childcare Worker trainings
• On-site (at Speech Pathway clinic)
  • Outside of regular session days/times
  • Minimum time: 25 minutes
  • Can be used for:
    • Meetings/consultations via zoom/phone call
    • Additional meetings/consultations at our clinic
    • Parent/Caregiver training at our clinic

Your clinician can help you decide which consultation is most appropriate/helpful for you or your child’s needs. Please discuss options with your clinician prior to signing.

All additional consultations require pre-payment at the time of signing this agreement. Prices for additional consultations are:

• Off-site: $150.00 + $75 for each additional 25 minutes
• On-site: $75.00 + $75 for each additional 25 minutes

If your scheduled additional consultation is canceled and you choose NOT to reschedule, a refund will be processed to the payment method used. Inform the front desk if this occurs. 

Appointment length will need to be determined in advance to the best of your ability as our clinicians will likely have other appointments before/after, so we want to ensure that we arrange for the appropriate amount of time for your family beforehand so we can give you our full attention.
