Meet your RBT

Irelynd joined Speech Pathway in 2025 as a Registered Behavioral Technician. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at South Eastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Irelynd enjoys teaching clients how to use functional communication and seeing them reach their goals! Irelynd spends most of her time serving at her church, traveling with friends and family, and spending time with her French bulldogs.

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
