Therapy Services
We provide therapy services for children birth to age 21 at our clinic located on the northwest side of Oklahoma City. Our therapists use a variety of techniques to teach children the essential skills needed to be confident and successful. Speech Pathway’s overall approach to intervention is client directed and play based. Treatment plans and goals are developed and implemented based upon your child’s needs. We offer effective and results-based therapy in individual, small group, and large group settings. Parent/Caregiver involvement is essential for a child’s success; therefore, parents are encouraged to observe and participate in therapy sessions.
The Speech Pathway Difference
At Speech Pathway, we recruit the most highly qualified pediatric speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. Each Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and maintains the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Each Occupational Therapist (OT) is licensed and credentialed to evaluate and treat children in the areas of motor skills, self-care, and sensory processing. Our OTs also collaborate closely with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), who provide direct treatment support under the supervision of a licensed OT.
We believe in family-centered care, which means we involve the whole family in a child’s treatment plan. From monthly care plan meetings with family members to maintaining open communication outside of the clinic setting, we do our best to ensure therapy fits your lifestyle and supports your child’s success in everyday routines.
