Meet Our Team

Gemma joined the Speech Pathway family in January 2021 as our Benefits Specialist and now proudly serves as the Director of Operations. Her passion lies in helping families navigate their journey at Speech Pathway, especially when it comes to understanding insurance and the services we offer. She finds joy in the smiles and successes of every client and cherishes being part of their progress. They love checking out the toys in her office!
Outside of the office, Gemma enjoys cheering on her son, Dillon, at baseball games, watching cooking shows with her husband, Daniel, and snuggling her dog, Annie. She’s also a big fan of reading, traveling, cooking, and everything Harry Potter & Atlanta Braves!

Preparing for Evaluation Day

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
