Meet Your RBT

Caitlyn Cyre joined Speech Pathway as a Registered Behavior Technician in June 2025. Before joining the team, Caitlyn served as an RBT in Kansas for one year, with previous experience as a Direct Support Professional. Her favorite aspect of being an RBT is watching children progress and gain independence with skills learned through ABA. When Caitlyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old daughter and taking her to experience new adventures.

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
