Kayla Burdrick
Kayla joined Speech Pathway as a Manager for We Rock the Spectrum – Yukon in August 2024. She then became a Registered Behavior Technician in March 2026 for Speech Pathway. When she is not at home caring for her many plants or playing video games, she is enjoying a nice hike with her dogs or a ride on her motorcycle to get an espresso. She enjoys traveling, hiking in the mountains, ocean and any adventure she can take.

Preparing for Evaluation Day

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation
Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
