Michala joined the Speech Pathway family in June of 2023 as a Behavior Technician. While she has worked with kids a handful of years, she worked the past 2 years in the classroom setting as a Severe/Profound Paraprofessional. She loves working with kids and seeing the joy and excitement from not only them, but also their families as they reach their different goals, big and little. Michala is currently working towards a degree in Speech Language Pathology. When not working, she enjoys reading, hanging out with family and friends, and her most favorite, watching her younger brother play basketball.
