Meet Your Technician

Mary Kate joined the Speech Pathway family in June of 2023 as one of Speech Pathway’s Registered Behavior Technicians. Her favorite part of being a RBT is spending time with kids and helping them grow. Miss Mary Kate has a passion for early childhood education, and graduated with her masters degree in special education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2020. When she isn’t having fun with her kiddos at Speech Pathway, Miss Mary Kate enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her 3-year old nephew and 1-year old niece. She also enjoys running, attending sporting events, and shopping!

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
