Heidi Couch
Heidi joined the Speech Pathway family in September 2023 as an SLPA. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 2011. She loves helping children with language development, especially in articulation and language. She also knows American Sign Language and loves helping the deaf community & children with cochlear implants. Heidi took a hiatus from speech and went into real estate but is excited to be back! When not working, Heidi loves to spend time with her husband and 2 boys, traveling, playing tennis & pickleball, cooking, and cheering on OU Sooners.

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation
Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
