Meet Our Team

Ashton has been working at Speech Pathway since the summer of 2020. Her first position was Client Care Coordinator until she moved to Pennsylvania and started working remote as our Authorization Coordinator. Ashton loves being part of the Speech Pathway team because of how dedicated the entire team is to ensuring our patients get the best care. She also loves seeing the patient’s big smiles as they walk through the front doors with their clinician! When Ashton is not at work, she simply loves spending time with her daughter, Jyn, and her husband, Mathew. They both bring her so much joy!

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
