Meet your RBT

Ashley joined the Speech Pathway family in July 2023 as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Although she took a little break, she is back at the clinic doing her favorite thing! Ashley spent two years as a dedicated Elementary Secretary and in the Special Education Department as a Paraprofessional. She enjoys working with kids and seeing them grow and learn. When not working Ashley loves spending time with her family, taking road trips, camping, all the dogs, or any animal really, audiobooks and any kind of live music.

Caregivers’ Roles During the Evaluation

Caregivers are asked to be present throughout the evaluation, including standardized testing. However, you may be asked to sit outside your child’s field of vision during testing. If you feel your child may do better if you are not present, there are two-way mirrors to allow you to view your child at all times.
